You are invited to participate in the Augusta Stallion Stakes Auction and Incentive Program. Your participation will provide the opportunity to market your stallion(s) during the east coast's most prestigious cutting event, the 30th Annual Augusta Futurity. The monies raised from this auction are to be prorated as cash bonuses in the 2014 Incentive Fund. ALL 2010 foals sired by participating stallions entered in the Augusta Futurity in their four-year-old year (2014) will be eligible to compete for this incentive purse.

The Augusta Stallion Stakes Auction will be conducted by Colonel Ben Emison.

Augusta Stallion Stakes Auction will provide to stallion donor:

  • Two all-access badges with hospitality privileges for the 2009 Augusta Futurity.
  • Auction advertisements in the Cutting Horse Chatter, Quarter Horse News, on the Augusta Futurity web site (augustafuturity.com), and the acchacutting.com web site.
  • Signage listing donated stallions will be displayed in a prominent location throughout the duration of the 2009 Augusta Futurity.
  • Auction catalogue to be available in information locations and at the Augusta Stallion Stakes Auction Booth (BLACK TYPE information to be provided by stallion donor).
  • Stallion promo information distributed through the Augusta Stallion Stakes Information Booth (material to be provided by stallion donor).
  • Incentive program at the 2014 Augusta Futurity, open to entire 2010 foal crop produced by the donated stallions, with monies to be awarded to the highest advancing.
In consideration of the above benefits, stallion owners would agree to donate a 2009 stallion breeding only: farm fees, chute fees, mare care and semen collection/shipping fees are not included and are payable to the stallion owner or breeding facility by the mare owner.
